I  can still remember being curled up beside my mom, barely five years old, listening to her read bedtime stories. The same ones, night after night—Dr. Seuss, Berenstain Bears, Little Golden Books, and the Little Miss and Mr. Men series. I had the words memorized before I could even read them myself. Those moments were more than routine—they were a doorway into something bigger. A space where wonder lived. Where anything felt possible. That’s when I first fell in love with stories.

That sense of magic never left me. I began writing in 2012—poetry and short stories, reflections. By 2019, my journey into children’s literature took root with the publication of my first picture book. Since then, I’ve been crafting stories that celebrate joy, uplift diverse voices, and reflect the world as I hope it can be—kind, curious, compassionate, and full of connection.



I hope readers feel seen in the pages I write—and maybe even a little more at home in themselves.
